Generation charges
The studio shows a credit quote before each generation. Opening the review dialog costs nothing. The final Generate action reserves the quoted credits before submitting one request. You are not charged the video provider’s API fee separately.
Failed or uncertain requests
A definitive generation failure, cancellation, moderation or invalid output returns the reserved credits exactly once. If a submission may have been accepted but its response was lost, the reservation remains while that same request is reviewed. A completed video uses its reserved credits without an additional completion charge.
Open the original result page and check the saved status before submitting again. A connection timeout can occur after the provider accepted a request, and the studio does not automatically make another paid generation. If you need help, keep the request reference and approximate submission time and contact support.
Credit purchases and subscriptions
One-time credit packs do not renew. For an account's first paid subscription, the first month is $19.90; the plan then renews at $39.90 per month until canceled. Each successful monthly payment adds 6,000 credits after Stripe confirms it. Accounts that previously had a paid subscription do not receive the introductory price again. You can cancel future renewal from your account; credits already paid for remain available and have no automatic expiry.
If a purchase was charged more than once, was not delivered after a confirmed payment, or appears unauthorized, contact support promptly. If none of the credits from a purchase or monthly invoice have been used, you may request a refund within 7 days of the charge; requests are reviewed under applicable law and payment-network rules. Once any credits from that charge have been used, it is generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we confirm a service or billing error.
A full refund, reversal or payment dispute removes the corresponding credits. If some of those credits were already spent, the account can have a negative balance and further generation may be blocked until the balance is resolved. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing time varies.
